DOHA — Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani has welcomed Saudi Arabia's Foreign Minister Prince Faisal Bin Farhan at the Amiri Diwan in Doha during his official visit.

During the meeting, Prince Faisal conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed Bin Salman to Sheikh Tamim.

In turn, Qatar's Emir has conveyed his greetings to King Salman, Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman, and for the government and people of Saudi Arabia.

The two sides reviewed the bilateral relations between Saudi Arabia and Qatar and ways to develop them in all fields in a way that serves their aspirations.

Prince Faisal and Sheikh Tamim also discussed the latest developments in regional and international events, and topics of common interest.

The Saudi Foreign Minister also met with his Qatari counterpart Sheikh Mohammed Bin Abdulrahman Bin Jassim Al Thani, where they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to develop them.

The meetings were attended by Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador to Qatar Prince Mansour Bin Khalid Bin Farhan, and the Director General of the Foreign Minister's Office Abdulrahman Al-Dawood.
