ANKARA — Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador to Turkiye Fahd bin Asaad Abu Al-Nasr presented his credentials to Turkiye President Recep Tayyip Erdogan during a reception at the Presidential Complex in Ankara on Wednesday. Some members of the Saudi embassy and Al-Nasr’s family also attended the reception.
Abu Al-Nasr, who served earlier as deputy minister for public diplomacy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, took oath of office before Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman on August 1 after appointing as ambassador-designate to Turkiye.
Before joining the ministry, Abu Al-Nasr served as director general of King Abdullah International Center for Interreligious and Intercultural Dialogue (KAICIID), based in Vienna, Austria. Holder of bachelor’s degree in political science and master’s degree in comparative politics from the American University in Washington DC, Abu Al-Nasr was a founding member and CEO of Al-Aghar Group.
