— President of the Union of the Comoros, Ghazali Osman, stated that the convening of the Saudi-African Summit will enhance relations between Saudi Arabia and Africa, creating avenues for cooperation and partnership.

During his summit address, Ghazali remarked, "The world is grappling with numerous significant conflicts, resulting in the loss of lives and widespread fear and poverty in many societies. Our country's economy is facing a food crisis, worsened by the impact of the COVID-19 virus." Ghazali emphasized the importance of collaborating with intermediaries to ensure security and instill hope.

He highlighted the potential for the Kingdom and African countries to establish an environment that allows Africa and its people to capitalize on economic opportunities, leveraging technological resources to strengthen partnerships. Ghazali welcomed the inclusion of new countries, including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in the BRICS, anticipating substantial contributions.

In conclusion, he acknowledged the robust partnerships between Saudi Arabia and African countries, playing a pivotal role in fostering strong relations between the Kingdom and nations across Africa.
