RIYADH — Saudi Arabia's Foreign Minister Prince Faisal Bin Farhan and his German counterpart Annalena Baerbock met, on Saturday, in Riyadh and they discussed the latest developments in Gaza and its surroundings.
The two sides also discussed the international efforts made in the situation in Gaza.
The Saudi foreign minister stressed the importance for all the conflicting parties to adhere by what is stipulated in the International Humanitarian Law, in addition to stop all forms of targeting of civilians.
The Saudi and German counterparts touched on the importance of the international community fulfilling its responsibilities towards reaching an immediate ceasefire, in addition to reaching a just and comprehensive solution to the Palestinian issue.
The international community must reach a just and comprehensive solution to the Palestinian issue, adhere to the resolutions of the United Nations and the Security Council in this regard.
The international community must develop urgent solutions to allow the delivery of medical and relief materials to the residents of the Gaza Strip, Prince Faisal and Baerbock confirmed during the meeting.
