PARIS — The Ministry of Media is set to host the second international edition of “Media Oasis” in Paris, from Nov. 26 to 28, 2023.

This coincides with the Kingdom’s participation in the 173rd General Assembly to determine the host country for Expo 2030.

Building on the success of the first edition held in New Delhi during the G20 Summit last September, this marks the fifth overall edition of the “Media Oasis.”

The focus of this edition is to spotlight the Kingdom’s transformative journey by showcasing its major national projects.

Media Oasis plans to capitalize on the presence of international media during the event, providing advanced studios and technological spaces for interviews with Kingdom officials.

The setup, strategically located amid pavilions displaying qualitative projects and national initiatives, aims to create a dynamic and interactive atmosphere for media coverage.

This edition aims to offer cutting-edge media services to journalists and visitors, hosting a diverse array of local and international media outlets.

It will specifically cater to journalists covering the 173rd General Assembly sessions.

The concept behind the second international edition of “Media Oasis” and the fifth overall is grounded in acknowledging the Kingdom’s significant media presence in global forums and international conferences.

The event aims to redefine traditional media centers, leaving a positive impression of the Kingdom’s transformative developments across various fields. — SPA
