DAMMAM — More than 56,561 individuals in the Eastern Province have embraced Islam since the beginning of 2023 until November, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Tuesday.

The efforts of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance branch in the Eastern Province have borne fruit.

The Ministry's branch clarified that the number of male converts reached 41,609, while the number of female converts was 14,952.

These individuals come from various Asian, African, European, and Latin American nationalities.

It was noted that the methods of inviting them to Islam varied, including lectures, guidance speeches, academic lessons, seminars, workshops, initiatives, and tours.

The efforts of the preachers, who speak different languages, in the field of invitation to Islam have been successful in various areas, including companies, hospitals, and gathering places for migrant workers.
