Justice Ministry leads the way for digital transformation in Saudi Arabia for second year in a row

RIYADH — The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has topped the Digital Transformation Measurement among ministries for the second consecutive year, according to the results announced at the Digital Government Forum 2023.

The forum, organized by the Digital Government Authority under the theme “Our Future is Now,” saw the participation of various government agencies.

The MoJ achieved remarkable digital progress in its different sectors, by offering online services to its clients, such as e-litigation, e-notarization and e-enforcement.

As part of the Digital Government Forum activities, the ministry also obtained the Enterprise Architecture Accreditation Certificate for applying the National Overall Reference Architecture (NORA) standards in all its sectors, which resulted in optimizing spending, utilizing resources, and coordinating efforts. Client satisfaction rate with the ministry’s services reached 96% in 2023. — SG
