Saudi Arabia condemns gun attack in Istanbul

RIYADH — Saudi Arabia condemned the shooting incident in the Turkish city of Istanbul.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed its condemnation of the gun attack and its regret over such actions.

The ministry reaffirmed the Kingdom’s stance against all forms of violence and terrorism. It also offered sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the deceased, as well as to the Turkish government and people. The ministry wished speedy recovery for the injured.

Two people attacked Turkiye’s largest courthouse in Istanbul before being shot dead on Tuesday in an exchange of fire that also claimed the life of another person and injury of five others.
