Najiz application will be upgraded to cover 83 judicial services

RIYADH — Minister of Justice Dr. Walid Al-Samaani has issued directives to launch the upgraded version of the Najiz application for smart devices, covering a total of 83 judicial services. The updated version, encompassing all judicial services, will be operational in the fourth quarter of 2024.

The upgraded version included a set of improvements and updating, aimed at improving the quality of services provided, in addition to giving an easy digital experience for the beneficiaries.

The Ministry of Justice explained that the process of upgrading the application came within the plan to expand the application services and was based on a set of pillars, the most prominent of which are evaluating the experience of beneficiaries of the application during the previous period, and then addressing and improving their experience in accordance with their needs. Its focus is on easiness and smooth access to service.

The ministry confirmed that the Najiz application includes 83 judicial services that covers judiciary, enforcement, documentation, and support services. “The number of services provided to beneficiaries through the application during the past year amounted to more than 50 million transactions, while the number of beneficiaries reached over three million. More than 700,000 judicial sessions were also carried out through the application.
