Saudi Crown Prince offers condolences to Iran’s acting president in phone call

JEDDAH —
Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman made a phone call on Friday to Iran’s acting President Mohammad Mokhber.

During the call, the Crown Prince expressed his condolences on the passing of Dr. Ebrahim Raisi, President of Iran, and the Iranian Foreign Minister, Hossein Amir Abdollahian, along with their companions. He prayed to Allah the Almighty to envelop them in His mercy and forgiveness and grant them paradise. Mokhber expressed his gratitude to the Crown Prince for his noble sentiments.

Both leaders praised the progress in bilateral relations between the two countries across various levels, reaffirming the importance of continuing to enhance cooperation in diverse fields.
