RIYADH — The Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority (EXPRO) has won the "Best Executive & Leadership Program" award at the HRSE KSA Awards 2024.
The award, presented by the Human Resources Summit and Expo Saudi 2024, recognizes distinguished entities and individuals in human resources. EXPRO was chosen from over 130 local, Gulf, and Arab nominees.
Reem bint Abdulrahman Al-Rahili, VP of Human Capital and Academy at EXPRO, stated that this award is a testament to the authority's innovative framework for managing national leadership competencies, which enhances professional capabilities and supports the authority's strategic goals.
"This recognition aligns with our strategy to build a high-performance organization and supports the Leadership Development Program at EXPRO Academy," Al-Rahili explained. The program is part of Vision 2030's Human Capacity Development Program, aiming to empower leaders, foster an attractive work environment, and nurture talent.
The HRSE KSA Awards showcase the best practices in human resources within Saudi Arabia, emphasizing their role in regional and international competitiveness. The awards cover 10 categories, with winners chosen by a jury of over 15 human resources experts based on several criteria, including strategic alignment and innovation.
Earlier this year, EXPRO ranked third across the Kingdom for the "Best Workplace Environment" of 2023, according to the Great Place to Work Global Authority on Workplace Culture. It was recognized for enhancing workplace culture and employee experiences. Furthermore, EXPRO was awarded first place among government entities for human resources practices by the Top Employers Institute.
EXPRO's mission includes enhancing spending efficiency and the quality of government procurement, project management, and infrastructure planning, alongside developing policies and building national capabilities. — SG
