JEDDAH — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman congratulated Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah on his appointment as Crown Prince of Kuwait.

In a cable of congratulations, sent to Sheikh Sabah on Sunday, the King said: “On the occasion of your appointment as Crown Prince of Kuwait, we would like to send you our sincere congratulations on the trust reposed on you. We stress the depth of the fraternal ties and distinguished historical relations between our two brotherly countries and peoples,” the King said, adding: “Wishing you good health, happiness, success and prosperity, as well as more progress and prosperity for the people of Kuwait”

In his cable of greetings to Sheikh Sabah, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman said: “I am pleased to know your appointment as the Crown Prince of Kuwait. I extend my heartfelt congratulations to you on this honor, and I offer my best wishes for your success,” the Crown Prince said.

“I look forward to furthering cooperation in light of the strong historical relations between our two nations, and I wish you good health and happiness, as well as more progress and prosperity for the people of Kuwait,” the Crown Prince added.
