MAKKAH — Saudi Arabia’s Grand Mufti Sheikh Abdulaziz Al-Sheikh has advised the Hajj pilgrims to value highly the opportunity to perform Hajj and the blessings bestowed upon Muslims by God.
In a statement, the Grand Mufti emphasized that God Almighty has facilitated and enabled the pilgrims to perform Hajj at this sacred place. He commended the exceptional services and extensive facilities offered to the pilgrims, by the government of Saudi Arabia, under the leadership of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman.
Al-Sheikh lauded the efforts that have contributed to ensuring that pilgrims can perform Hajj with convenience, peace of mind, and utmost safety. The Grand Mufti highlighted that Allah has mandated Muslims to perform Hajj at least once in their lifetime, especially those who are physically and financially capable. He further elaborated on the nature of the Prophet’s Hajj and the profound lessons derived from this remarkable journey.
