MAKKAH — The Central Hajj Committee (CHC) met in Makkah on Tuesday to discuss the early preparations for the Hajj season of 2025. Deputy Emir of Makkah and Deputy Chairman of CHC Prince Saud bin Mishal chaired the committee meeting, which was held as per the directive of Makkah Emir Prince Khaled Al-Faisal.

The meeting reviewed the ways to take advantage of the positive outcomes achieved during this year’s Hajj and accomplish continuous development of the Hajj operation system in a way that contributes to improving the experience of the pilgrims and provides them with much better services during the next year’s Hajj. The meeting discussed the progress made during the current phase of the departure of the pilgrims through various land, sea and air ports.

Prince Saud bin Mishal conveyed thanks and appreciation of Prince Khaled Al-Faisal to the committee members for the efforts they exerted during the Hajj of 2024. “This was instrumental, with the grace of God, and then with the material and human capabilities provided by the wise leadership, in making available the best possible services for the guests of God to perform their rituals in an easier, secure and comfortable manner,” he added.
