BEIJING — Saudi Arabia's Attorney General Sheikh Saud Al-Mujeb met with the Chairman of the Central Committee for Political and Legal Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, Chen Wenqing, in Beijing.

The meeting discussed ways to enhance legal cooperation between the Kingdom and China. The talks focused on exchanging information and experiences in multiple fields of common interest, contributing to the development of legal systems and the modernization of judicial procedures in both countries.

The Chinese official briefed the Saudi Attorney General and the high-level delegation accompanying him on the structure and work, as well as the best professional practices followed in China. He praised the legislative and legal developments in the Kingdom and the unlimited support provided by the Saudi leadership to develop the justice system, protect human rights, and achieve procedural efficiency using modern technologies. — SPA
