Saudi Conciliation Center issues over 330K conciliation agreements so far

July 15, 2024

RIYADH — The Conciliation Center of the Saudi Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has facilitated more than 330,000 conciliation agreements across nine pathways: personal status, traffic, real estate, penal, commercial, labor, financial, intellectual property, and medical malpractice.

“Operating through the ‘Taradhi platform,’ accessible at taradhi.moj.gov.sa, the Conciliation Center provides an efficient alternative dispute resolution mechanism,” the MoJ said. “This platform enables parties to settle their disagreements in a friendly and remote environment, guided by certified conciliators.”

Underpinned by a comprehensive legal framework, the platform ensures the enforceability of the conciliation agreements. These agreements can be implemented without resorting to litigation in cases of non-compliance. — SG
