Saudi Arabia and Thailand discuss cooperation in energy sectors

RIYADH
— Minister of Energy Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman met with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy of Thailand Perapan Athavibhag who is currently visiting Saudi Arabia accompanied by a high-level delegation.

The meeting discussed opportunities for cooperation between the two friendly countries in various energy fields, including oil and gas, renewable energy, hydrogen, carbon extraction, use and storage, and energy efficiency.

They also discussed Saudi Arabia's efforts to lead the energy transformation through initiatives such as "Green Saudi Arabia" and "Green Middle East."
