MWL Secretary-General delivers Friday sermon at Kenya's largest mosque

NAIROBI, Kenya —
Muslim World League (MWL) Secretary-General and Muslim Scholars Association Chairman Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa delivered the Friday sermon at Nairobi's largest mosque, where tens of thousands of Kenyan Muslims gathered to listen.

In his sermon, Dr. Al-Issa focused on the values and morals of Islam, referencing religious texts that promote coexistence and national brotherhood, and discussing how to achieve harmony in countries with diverse religious and national identities.

He highlighted that Islam is a religion of virtues, mercy, and kindness to all of creation, and stressed that Islamic law guides the purification of the soul.

Dr. Al-Issa further emphasized that Islamic civilization is inherently moral in its foundation, approach, and goals, offering numerous examples of human perfection throughout history.

His visit to Nairobi is part of a broader tour of southern Africa aimed at promoting various initiatives and programs led by the MWL.
