RIYADH Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman received a written message from Maldives President Dr. Mohamed Moez. The letter underscored the need to further enhance bilateral relations between the two countries in various fields.

The message was handed to Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan by Maldives Foreign Minister Moosa Zameer during a reception at the ministry’s headquarters in Riyadh on Monday.

During the meeting, Prince Faisal and Zameer reviewed bilateral relations and ways to further enhance them in various fields. They also discussed issues and the latest developments in the regional and international arenas and the efforts being made to address them.

The reception was attended by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs Ambassador Dr. Saud Al-Sati, and Saudi Ambassador to Maldives Mutlaq Al-Ajalin.
