RIYADH — The General Directorate of Civil Defense has issued a warning about ongoing thunderstorms affecting several regions of Saudi Arabia, with conditions expected to persist until Tuesday.

The warning includes forecasts of heavy rains, hail, and strong winds in Makkah, Taif, Maysan, Adham, and Al-Ardiyat. Al-Baha, Aseer, Jazan, and Najran are likely to experience moderate to heavy rains, while light to moderate rains are expected in Madinah.

Citizens and residents are advised to exercise caution, avoid low-lying areas, and stay informed through weather alerts.
