RIYADH — Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, Minister of Hajj and Umrah, participated in the 4th reunion organized by Saudi alumni of Carnegie Mellon University (CMU). The event brought together nearly 60 alumni from various fields and graduating classes, from the 1970s to 2024.
The reunion, held in Riyadh, served as a platform for Saudi alumni specializing in fields such as engineering, computer science, and consulting, to reconnect and share experiences. The CMU alumni represented both public and private sectors, including universities and other entities.
As the guest of honor, Dr. Al-Rabiah shared insights from his career across various ministries, offering leadership advice drawn from his extensive experience in the public sector. The event also featured a presentation highlighting statistics of Saudi CMU alumni and a brief history of past reunions. The gathering concluded with a group photo and a dinner.
