RIYADH — Dan Company, a Public Investment Fund (PIF) entity, has announced the launch of its new hospitality brand, Tuaja Luxury Resorts, with three resorts set to open in Al Ahsa, Saudi Arabia.

The development seeks to spotlight the region's agricultural heritage and natural beauty while offering a range of experiences designed to attract visitors to this UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Located within Al Ahsa Oasis, the largest date palm oasis in the world, the 1.8 million square meter project will feature three distinct resorts: Tuaja Premium Farm Resort, Tuaja Eco Resort, and Tuaja Adventure Resort.

Each resort will offer tailored experiences, blending luxury, sustainability, and cultural heritage, and will be operated by Hilton.

These properties aim to enhance Al Ahsa's profile as a premium farm-based tourism destination, with opportunities to connect with nature and engage in diverse activities.

Tuaja Premium Farm Resort is designed for guests seeking a luxurious immersion in Al Ahsa’s agricultural legacy.

Visitors will have the chance to engage in hands-on farm-to-table activities, taste fresh local produce, and explore the oasis’s lush surroundings.

Tuaja Eco Resort, on the other hand, offers a tranquil retreat focused on relaxation and sustainability. It features wellness treatments using natural products, meditative experiences amidst water channels, and expansive spaces for contemplation.

Finally, Tuaja Adventure Resort caters to thrill-seekers, providing outdoor activities and adventure experiences inspired by the unique landscapes of Al Ahsa.

Abdulrahman Abaalkhail, CEO of Dan Company, highlighted the role of these developments in advancing Saudi Arabia’s tourism sector. “Tuaja Luxury Resorts aim to provide unforgettable experiences that connect guests with the Kingdom’s stunning landscapes and culture. Our vision is deeply rooted in sustainability and cultural authenticity, contributing to the Kingdom's broader economic and tourism objectives,” Abaalkhail said.

The Al Ahsa resorts mark the beginning of Tuaja’s broader plan to establish multiple properties across Saudi Arabia by 2030. Each resort will draw inspiration from the culture and heritage of its host city. — SG
