MADINAH — The Saudi Border Guard's search and rescue teams in Madinah region have rescued two Saudi citizens following their vessel had an engine failure at the Red Sea. The timely intervention of the rescue teams ensured the safety of the stranded Saudis.

The General Directorate of Border Guard urged all seafarers to prioritize safety by conducting thorough pre-sailing checks on their vessels. In case of emergencies, individuals are advised to call 911 in the regions of Makkah and the Eastern Province, and 994 in other regions of the Kingdom
