RIYADH — Deputy Minister of Justice Dr. Najm Al-Zaid met with President of Italian Supreme Court Dr. Margherita Cassano on Sunday in Riyadh.

During the meeting, Dr. Al-Zaid reviewed the most prominent developments witnessed by the judicial sector in Saudi Arabia, with the support of the wise leadership in light of the country's Vision 2030.

He pointed out the most prominent achievements in the justice sector, including the development of legislation and judicial procedures, the publication of rulings, and the documentation of judicial sessions, whether in courtrooms or through virtual sessions in electronic litigation.

Dr. Cassano visited the Reconciliation Center, which provides reconciliation services through “Taradhi” digital platform.

The Italian delegation also visited the Commercial Court in Riyadh, in addition to the Judicial Operations Center, where it learned about its role in supporting the judicial work system and ensuring quality performance.
