RIYADH — Saudi Arabia condemned Israeli occupation forces bombing of Al-Nuseirat camp in central Gaza. The Kingdom blamed the failure of the international community’s effective accountability mechanisms for the unabated Israeli atrocities against the Palestinians, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom’s condemnation and denunciation of the Israeli attack. The Kingdom affirmed that the occupation forces’ repeated violations of international law and international humanitarian law, along with their continued targeting of innocent civilians, are a direct consequence of the absence of effective international accountability mechanisms.

Saudi Arabia reiterated its call on the international community to take serious and effective action to put an end to these flagrant and repeated violations so as to protect civilian lives and preserve what remains of the credibility of international legitimacy.

The Israeli attack on the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza on Thursday led to the deaths and injuries of more than 150 Palestinians and caused massive destruction to buildings
