RIYADH — Saudi Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif held an official discussion session with Kuwait’s First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahd bin Yousef Saud Al-Sabah at the ministry's headquarters in Riyadh on Sunday.
During the meeting, they discussed ways to enhance security cooperation between the two countries, especially with regard to combating drug smuggling. A number of topics of common interest were also figured in their talks.
Prince Abdulaziz said that the meeting was in line with the directives of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman to enhance security cooperation in light of the distinguished relations that bind the two countries.
The talks were attended by Assistant Minister of Interior Dr. Hisham Al-Falih, Deputy Minister of Interior Dr. Khalid Al-Batal, Director of Public Security Lt. Gen. Mohammed Al-Bassami and several other Saudi and Kuwaiti officials
