RIYADH — Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Interior has made significant strides in achieving the strategic goals outlined in the Kingdom's Vision 2030 under the Quality of Life Program. The trust in security services has substantially increased to surpass the 2030 target by 111 percent, with the "level of trust in security services" index reaching an impressive 99.77 percent in 2023.
Additionally, the "intentional homicide rate per 100,000 population" index registered a notable drop to 0.59 percent, surpassing the 2030 target by 119 percent.
These accomplishments are attributed to the steadfast support provided by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman.
The Ministry of Interior and its various sectors have made significant advancements in security and humanitarian operations at all levels, delivering top-notch services to citizens, expatriates, and visitors. This continuous dedication has fortified community security and bolstered the national security landscape, with initiatives like the Unified Security Operations Centers (911), Pioneering Police Centers, Unified Crime Classification, Security Equipment, and Development of Security Platform, playing a crucial role in these accomplishments.
