RIYADH — Minister of Energy Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman emphasized that human resources are one of the main enablers capable of achieving the goals of Vision 2030.

"The Saudi leadership has provided all the enablers to reach the Vision goals," he said while stressing that the Kingdom does not know the impossible and will continue its pursuit of development and achieving accomplishments and targets.

Prince Abdulaziz made the remarks while addressing the annual ceremony of the National Industrial Development and Logistics Program (NIDLP). "We do not have time for daydreaming and we see our projects being realized with the naked eye. The officials in the Kingdom have no longer dream, because they do not sleep a lot and do not have room for daydreams," he said while stressing that he hates repetition, because every day there are new outputs and products that can be talked about.

The minister noted that the compatibility of the work mechanism, followed by NIDLP team and the Ministry of Energy, has contributed to accomplish real achievements and overcome all obstacles, saying that 13 out of 23 targets set for this mechanism were achieved.

Prince Abdulaziz attributed the ability of the NIDLP team to overcome errors and obstacles as well as to the integration and teamwork that distinguishes the team, in addition to the fact that the efficiency system contributed to realize ambitious national achievements.

He appreciated the competence that the task team at NIDLP possesses, and its ability to score diverse achievements, thanks to the efforts of its members, and their endeavor to benefit from previous experiences in creating their work methodology. It is noteworthy that the NIDLP represents a comprehensive initiative and its objective is to catapult Saudi Arabia into an era of economic diversification and sustainable development.
