RIYADH — The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development launched Empowerment Clinics that enhance the capabilities of social security beneficiaries, and work to address the social and economic challenges they face, through establishing effective partnerships with the private and non-profit sectors.
The ministry stated that the Empowerment Clinics are an innovative program in applying the principles and concepts of modern empowerment, and an integrated system, with added value in a modern concept. This comes as part of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which aims to enhance the quality of life for the individual and society, and enable individuals to participate effectively in social and economic development.
The ministry stated that these clinics provide an ideal environment for providing various services that meet the needs of beneficiaries, and the clinics also provide a package of diverse development services, including professional and financial guidance, promoting mental and physical health, in addition to employment and entrepreneurship opportunities, including qualitative training services, legal support and housing support, ensuring that the needs of beneficiaries are met comprehensively.
According to the ministry, the clinics cover 7 main regions of the Kingdom, including Riyadh, Makkah, Madinah, Eastern Province, Asir, Najran, and Jazan, and these are based on the challenges facing each region in the field of development services and their providers, to reach the most important indicators that represent basic pillars for development and raising the level of efficiency and quality of clinics. This is in accordance with a comprehensive analysis of data on beneficiaries of the "Empowerment Clinics" program and their geographical distribution.
The Ministry was keen to form an integrated work team consisting of 222 employees with diverse specializations, including branch managers and specialized cases. The beneficiary’s journey in the “Empowerment Clinics” goes through five main stages that aimed to provide the necessary development interventions to meet their needs and achieve their goals.
It is noteworthy that Minister of Human Resources and Social Development Eng.
