TUNIS — Tunisian President Kais Saied received Saudi Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif at the Carthage Presidential Palace in Tunis on Sunday.

During the meeting, the two leaders reviewed bilateral relations and security cooperation between the two nations. Prince Abdulaziz conveyed the greetings of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman to President Saied. He also extended their best wishes for continued progress and prosperity for Tunisia and its people.

The meeting was attended by several senior officials from both countries.

Also on Sunday, Kais Saied received Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif, honorary President of the Council of Arab Interior Ministers, along with Arab interior ministers participating in the 42nd session of the council at his palace.

President Saied commended the ongoing efforts of the Council of Arab Interior Ministers to enhance security integration among Arab states. He also expressed his best wishes for the success of the 42nd session, hoping that the meeting's outcomes would meet the aspirations of Arab leaders and their peoples.
