RIYADH — The General Authority for the Care of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has announced the opening of volunteer opportunities for both men and women during the holy month of Ramadan 1446 AH.
The initiative aims to attract skilled volunteers and utilize their efforts to serve pilgrims and worshippers in the Two Holy Mosques.
The authority has developed comprehensive volunteer programs covering various fields, including social services, healthcare, awareness campaigns, and crowd management.
These opportunities are fully available to outstanding volunteers, ensuring that their contributions enhance the experience of visitors to the Grand Mosque.
To organize and manage the volunteering process, the authority has set several stages and mechanisms, including identifying volunteering opportunities, determining work requirements, receiving applications from volunteer organizations, obtaining approvals from supervisory entities, and ensuring the validity of association licenses.
Eligible participants include government entities, private endowments, charitable organizations, and licensed volunteer teams registered on the National Volunteer Platform.
