RIYADH —
The General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques has announced that manual bookings for golf carts at the Grand Mosque will no longer be available, with all reservations to be made exclusively through the Unified Transport Platform starting 20 Ramadan.

The authority emphasized that elderly individuals over the age of 65 are encouraged to book electronically. However, if they face difficulties, they can access designated service points within the Grand Mosque for assistance.

Additionally, individuals with disabilities will be able to use the golf cart service free of charge along with a companion, without the need for prior electronic booking.

To ensure smooth operations, visitors must arrive on time and present their reservation ticket and valid identification.

The golf carts will be available at several locations within the Grand Mosque, including Ajyad Bridge at Gate 3 in front of Al Safwa Hotel, the first mezzanine level near Ajyad Stairs at Gate 2 next to King Abdulaziz Gate, the first and second mezzanine levels, and the Shubaika Bridge entrance near Dar Al Tawhid Hotel.
