TABUK — Prince Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Tabuk Region, met wtith Dr. Mohammad Altamimi, Governor of the Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CST), and his accompanying delegation in his office on Tuesday.

The governor welcomed Dr. Altamimi and wished him success during his visit to the region, before listening to a detailed explanation from CST Governor about the performance of communications and technology services in the region and ways to enhance them in accordance with the Saudi’s Vision 2030 goals.

Prince Fahd viewed a visual presentation on CST’s initiatives and efforts in enabling human capabilities, continuing to develop and sustain the digital economy in Saudi Arabia, and enhancing digital transformation in the region.

Noting the significant development in the Saudi communications and technology sector, and the support and attention it receives from the Saudi leadership, he highlighted the importance of integration with government and service entities to achieve the Saudi governments’ aspirations and serve citizens through developing the communications and technology system in the region. He affirmed support to all CST’s projects by the Emirate and government agencies in the region, and to harness every resource to ensure the success of their efforts.

The governor expressed his thanks to the Saudi leadership for their support, follow-up, and guidance to continue implementing initiatives and projects in the region, and to enhance the continuity of providing high-quality services.
