MAKKAH — Hajj Security Forces in Makkah’s Al-Hijrah district have arrested 42 expatriates, holding various types of visit visas, for violating Hajj regulations and instructions.

Legal action has been initiated against the violators, and authorities are in the process of arresting those who provided them with shelter, in order to impose the legally prescribed penalties.
