Emaar Middle East, a subsidiary of global property developer Emaar Properties PJSC, will launch the sale of luxury homes in the final residential tower that is part of the Abraj Al Hilal 2 residential complex.

Emaar Middle East had earlier launched the sale of Towers 1 and 3 within Abraj Al Hilal 2, which recorded sell-out response from customers. The sale of the elegantly designed apartments in Tower 2 of the residential community will be held on November 16 and 17 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. at the Jeddah Gate Sales Center, with prices starting from SR792,888.

Located in its flagship development, Jeddah Gate, which is already a thriving residential community, homes in the first residential complex, Abraj Al Hilal 1, have already been handed over. Work on the Abraj Al Hilal 2 towers is progressing as per schedule.

Fadi El Borno, Managing Director of Emaar Middle East, Saudi Arabia, said: “With the handover of homes in Abraj Al Hilal 1 and the on-schedule progress of other residential communities in Jeddah Gate, Emaar Middle East has underlined its strong credentials in project delivery. The Tower 2 in Abraj Al Hilal 2 brings a new dimension to urban lifestyles, providing all the diverse amenities that are ideal for families and young professionals.”

He added: “Today, Jeddah Gate is regarded as a model in urban developments, and with our new launch, we are presenting potential customers with another attractive opportunity to be part of a vibrant community. All aspects of the residential tower’s development will be undertaken to the world-class standards that Emaar is renowned for, and will serve as a strong value proposition for investors in the fast-growing city of Jeddah.”

A three-tower residential complex of 17 to 21 floors, Abraj Al Hilal 2 has apartments ranging in size from 98 to 449 sq meters. The residences in Tower 2 offer maximum comfort and privacy with double-glazed windows and the finest interiors and fixtures.

Customers also have the option of villa-living within a high-rise with Abraj Al Hilal 2 featuring the Kingdom’s first of its kind lower villas and penthouses, which are aimed at the discerning customers.

Located centrally in Jeddah Gate, and overlooking Al Hilal Plaza, the main plaza, which can be reached through walkways, Abraj Al Hilal 2 offers residents an array of amenities including a dedicated retail area, health & fitness center, ladies spa, day care center, clubhouse, outdoor swimming pools, and dedicated car parking spaces.

Jeddah Gate is located on over 400,000 sq m of land in Jeddah’s new downtown. The project serves as a center point for the city’s new downtown, and is in close proximity to the main railroad linking the two Holy cities of Makkah and Madinah to Jeddah, which will allow Jeddah Gate residents to reach Makkah in 25 minutes once the train network has opened. Another key project is the Emaar Residences at Makkah Clock Tower, located on the Haram Plaza offering views of the Holy Kaaba and Haram. —SG
