March 23 occupies a unique place in Pakistan’s history. On this particular day a resolution was passed that led to the creation of Pakistan.
As Pakistani community, let’s resolve to make Pakistan great and strong in the comity of nations. Let’s implement Quaid’s motto “Work, Work and Work” in letter and spirit and also demonstrate ‘Faith, Unity and Discipline’ to prove to the world that we are a great nation according to any definition of nation and can work wonders.

Education plays a very crucial role in the development of any society. And Pakistan International School, Riyadh, is playing its part in the grooming as well as the intellectual upbringing of the students.
This institution was established in 1968 by Pakistan Air Force in Riyadh. Now, this is the most renowned as well as successful institution in Saudi Arabia. In fact, its establishment is a blessing for the Pakistani community living in Riyadh and its suburbs.
Pakistan International School was established under the acquiescence of the late King Faisal Bin Abdul Aziz. This school functioned under the Armed Forces of Pakistan till 1988.
From 1988 to 2001, it has worked under the supervision of Pakistan Embassy. Since 2001, the School Management Council (SMC) has been looking after the affairs of the school. Pakistan Ambassador is the Patron-in-Chief of the institution.
There are around 8,300 students studying in this institution. Pakistan International School, Riyadh, is playing its role very admirably to produce students of great potential who can easily meet the challenges in this fast moving world.
It not only nurtures the educational skills of the students but also their moral and ethical values. The school always seeks to develop creativity among the students so they may become more confident, more groomed and more organized individuals in practical life.

According to the rules and regulations of the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Pakistan Ambassador selects a team of the seven members to form the Management Council. The selection is made from parents whose wards study in the school.
The council is headed by a chairman, and is under the supervision of the Ministry of Foreign Education, Saudi Arabia. The School Management Council has been endowed profoundly with complete authority to manage the affairs of the institution.
The School Management Council, Principal and staff extend their heartfelt congratulation to the Pakistani community on the eve of March 23 with the assurance that they will exert all energies for the upliftment of this great institution so that it could serve the community in a better way. Apart from the efforts, the SMC will try its level best to uplift the standards of this great Alma Mater.
The School Management Council is not only concentrating on the academic excellence but also working day and night to solve the issue of school building.
