ISAL was established as a joint venture in 1983 with the world’s leading maintenance service group: Initial Plc., UK, a 120-year service company today merged with Rentokil employing over 70,000 staff known today as Rentokil Initial. It currently operates out of 40 countries from 320 locations worldwide, which is listed on the FTSE 100 with a registered GBP 2.1 Billion Turnover as of 2006 fiscal year end.



However, in 1986, the Saudi owners acquired the remaining equity stake in addition to other service companies namely; Duraclean USA and Al-Sawary Security Guard Services, thus forming the Initial Group of Companies.



Subsequently, ISAL received its ISO 9001:2008 certification (Certificate # 27029) from Moody’s International back in 2004 thus reflecting our adherence and commitment to quality.



The group has grown consistently over the years due to the vision of its chairman, MD and CEO to invest in its employees in terms of training, health and personal well being as well as bridging a sense of team spirit to the 9,394 workforce it possesses.
