Family evacuated after mountain collapse

The Civil Defense has evacuated a family of nine from their house in the Qulwa governorate two days ago when a nearby mountain collapsed.

BAHA — The Civil Defense has evacuated a family of nine from their house in the Qulwa governorate two days ago when a nearby mountain collapsed. Civil Defense spokesman Lt. Col. Abdullah Al-Thabyah said safety and rescue units were dispatched to the area. The area was cordoned off and the family was asked to evacuate the house as a precautionary measure. They were moved into a furnished apartment.
