AUTOMOTIVE multinational companies add new technologies into vehicles in order to keep up with growing tech nowadays. New vehicles offer now the luxury that consumers have been yearning for. Some technologies have become basic in cars.



Japanese automaker Suzuki says that auto manufacturing have changed tremendously during the past 20 years. The cars are constantly changing due to the big and positive competition between automakers, in addition to other factors that drive the demand on technology-packed vehicles.



Maher Al Nabawi, deputy general manager of Suzuki Saudia, said Suzuki is no longer a company that manufactures small vehicles. It has developed to a bigger value in its products to become the ninth biggest manufacturer in the world.



This development has been also followed by other Japanese and Korean manufacturers. And it has proved to be successful. Accordingly, “we can say that this is the road of expected success,” he added.

“Suzuki Saudia will be launching 2 vehicles in due course in order to serve the market requirements in Saudi Arabia.” Al Nabawi noted.



Suzuki Saudia will be launching 2 new categories for 2015 which is the complete new Celerio, in addition to the new vehicle, the brand new Ertiga MPV, which will compete with its same categories from other Japanese manufacturers. It is also expected to present the best quality which technology has arrived to in order to satisfy the consumers’ needs.



The new model features a stylish design targeted towards younger drivers and is powered by a state-of-the-art and lightweight K10B petrol engine. The Celerio fully complies with the safety requirements set by the Saudi Arabian Standards Organization (SASO) through Total Effective Control Technology (TECT). TECT creates crushable structures to absorb impact energy and disperse it away from occupants during a collision.



Individuals and companies can now buy the Celerio for its design and convenient prices. Suzuki has also added safety features built it in the vehicle such as the dual air bags and the breaking system. The new Celerio presents the new technology for complete control within. It has the special feature of structures to absorb the impact of collisions and disperse it away from passengers. These safety features are in conformity with the Saudi standards. – SG
