The National Commercial Bank (NCB) announced that 31 branches are operating during Eid Al-fitr vacation to serve customers through the Kingdom.

The National Commercial Bank (NCB) announced that 31 branches are operating during Eid Al-fitr vacation to serve customers through the Kingdom.



Saad Al-Abadli, Head of Branch Banking Division at NCB, said: “There are 2400 ATMs, 31 branches through the Kingdom, in addition to the airport branches in Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, Madinah and Abha will be operating during the vacation. These are supported by our alternative electronic channels. The customers can avail 19800 POSs operating around the clock in all retail shops through the Kingdom.” 



“This reflects our approach to provide our customers with best services and comes in the context of our continuous efforts to make our products and services accessible to all segments of customers everywhere in the Kingdom,” Al-Abdali added.



The 31 branches opening in Eid Al-Fitr are: Airport Road & Al Higrah Branches in Madinah, Al Zaher & Rusaifa branches in Makkah; Sultana branch Buraidah; Prince Fahd bin Sultan branch in Tabuk; North Medina Road, Sharafiia, Al Iskan branches in Jeddah; Bustan branch in Al-Khobar; Prince Talal Road branch in Al Ahsa; Al Faisaleyah  Faisaliyya branch in Dammam; Mahayil branch in Aseer; Bisha, Al Noman branches in Khamis Mushayt; New King Abdulaziz Road branch in Najran; Al Shohada branch in Taif; Rahwat Al Bar branch in Baha; Jizan Corniche branch in Jizan; Al Malaz, Al Olaya, Al Orouba, University St. branches in Riyadh; Corporate Service Center in Al Balad Mall, Jeddah; Corporate Service Center in University St. in Riyadh; and Corporate Service Center in Dammam. 



The working hours for operating branches on July 27 are from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Working hours during Eid vacation (from July 29-31) are from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Branches in the international airports (King Fahad International Airport, King Abdulaziz International Airport, King Khaled International Airport and Prince Mohamed bin Abdulaziz International Airport) are operating 24/7,  in addition to Abha Airport branch which operates from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.



Al-Abdali added: “Based on our experience from previous years, the expected transactions during this Eid vacation are estimated at 6 million transaction, i.e., 11 percent increase compared to previous year.”



Additional services include AlAhli Phone Banking, AlAhli Mobile, AlAhli Online channels which allow customers to make all transactions, such as transfer between accounts, balance inquiry and SADAD services. – SG
