Two expats perish in Rabigh accident

Two expatriates were killed on Saturday when a water truck collided with their car on Al-Abwaa Road, north of Rabigh.

RABIGH — Two expatriates were killed on Saturday when a water truck collided with their car on Al-Abwaa Road, north of Rabigh. The head of Rabigh Police, Col. Rashed Al-Ghamdi, said fire engulfed the small car killing the two men on the spot. The accident caused a partial closure of the road. Traffic police reached the accident site quickly and diverted traffic while the Civil Defense extinguished the fire and pulled out the victims’ bodies.
