The Hai’a should be neutral to all, and there should be no partiality. I have heard that in Riyadh’s Batha district, some Hai’a members are arresting innocent expatriates without reason and releasing them through a broker after acquiring bribes. They are involved in corruption and are not neutral to all, Saudis and expatriates. Although I thank the Hai’a for their major contribution of trying to maintain morals in this country, they must be educated to understand human psychology.
