RIYADH — A splendid century by Naveed of Pukhtoonkhwa and a hat trick by Zahid of Detecon Rising were the highlights of the third week of RCL Power Zone T20 tournament, sponsored by Power Zone Company and organized by Riyadh Cricket League, here recently.



Super beat Mehran by 6 wickets. Batting first, Mehran produced 154 runs. Super achieved the total for the loss of 4 wickets in 16 overs. Shahid remained unbeaten on 58 with 6 boundaries and a six. Khawar also remained unbeaten on 78 with 10 boundaries and 3 sixes. Ibrahim was the only bowler to trouble Super. Man of the match: Khawar.



JAMIAA downed Diamond by 7 wickets. JAMIAA put on 210 runs. Izaz hit 62, Mudassir 57 and Mustak 53. Rahmatullah, Haider and Ezaj took a wicket each. In reply, Diamond could make only 207. Haider scored 69, Shafi 49, while Ezaj and Syed Ahmed hit 27 each. Moin, Javed, Arshad and Mustafa claimed a wicket each. Man of the Match: Izaj.



Detecon Rising Stars got the better of Run Riders by 35 runs. Detecon Rising Stars scored 165. Taher Khan hit 63 with 9 boundaries and a six and Zahoor Ahmed added 39. Kamran took 2 wickets. In reply, Run Riders were bowled out for 130. Minaj was the only batsman who showed some resistance as he made 50. Zahid claimed 4 wickets, including a hat trick, while Tahir and Tariq took 2 each. Man of the Match: Zahid. Royal Fighters thrashed Shaheen-XI by 8 wickets. Shaheen-XI put on 148. Madani K, Tawaf, Ameen and Ather claimed 2 wickets each. In reply, Royal Fighters achieved the target for the loss of two wickets in 15 overs. Madani K was the top scorer with 69, while Mustafa added 48. Man of the Match: Madani K.



Maestro humbled Chanar-XI by 7 wickets. Batting first, Chanar made 104. Barkat hit 24 and Faiz 21. Haashir Curtay, Asif Mustafa and Imran Shaikh bagged 2 wickets each, while Kasim, Feroz Khan and Abdullah Khan took 1 each. In reply, Maestro reached the target for the loss of three wickets in 9.5 overs. Riyaz Qureshi scored 26, Jamal Khan 29 and Feroz Khan 23. Shareef, Muneer and Faiz took a wicket each. Man of the Match: Feroz Khan.



Pukhtoonkhwa defeated National by 77 runs. Pukhtoonkhwa put on 260. Naveed hit a splendid unbeaten century (134). Khalid Khan added 45 and Salman 33. Nadeem, Fahim and Zia took a wicket each. In reply, National was bundled out for 183. Man of the Match: Naveed.
