— More than 80 young male and female Saudi graduates have been deployed at international terminals at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh to assist travelers.

The 24-hour “Ask me” service was launched by Riyadh Airports Company.

“Six reception points have been set up in the international terminals operating 24 hours,” said Sami Al-Husseini, VP of Commercial at Riyadh Airports.

Besides the reception points, Saudis with fluency in many languages will be roaming inside airport lounges to assist passengers.

Al-Husseini said Riyadh Airports Company has trained employee on customer service.

During the second quarter of this year, Riyadh Airports Company launched several new services for passengers traveling through King Khalid international airports.

These include Mazaya and valet parking services.

Mazaya offers passengers many unique services such as luggage transfer from home to the airport or from the airport to home, private check-in without having to wait for a long time, and a luxury car with a driver service.

Riyadh Airports Company also signed an agreement with Uber to transport passengers to and from King Khalid International Airport (KKIA).

Riyadh Airports Company is a newly established company as a part of the privatization program of the aviation sector in Saudi Arabia.

Riyadh Airports is now managing and operating King Khaled International Airport (KKIA) in the Saudi capital, and is working on upgrading the KKIA infrastructure and expanding with new services and facilities. Expansion in KKIA facilities will include operating terminal 6, which could be the largest in the Middle East.
