RAMALLAH - Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas praised the firm position of Saudi Arabia with regard to Palestine and the holy city of Al-Quds.

“We commend the Kingdom for standing on the side of our people and our cause from the very beginning. This was what Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman confirmed even during my last visit to the Kingdom,” he said.

The King told me: ‘There is no solution without a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.’
