JEDDAH — A two-day Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Association Of Language Teachers (KSAALT) TESOL 2018 annual conference will be held on April 27-28, 2018 in Hilton Hotel Jeddah.
More than 50 prominent international and local speakers, publishers, universities, educators and educational institutions are participating in the conference.
Speaking to Saudi Gazette, the Conference Chairperson Ms. Amreen Najmi of King Abdul Aziz University Jeddah, said we are extremely excited to be able to organize the conference in Saudi Arabia.
She said KSAALT TESOL is the only organization in Saudi Arabia that is affiliated to TESOL International, and IATEFL authorized to hold conference in the Kingdom.
Different workshops will be held to offer a range of curriculum and life skills, while teachers will deliver lectures from kindergarten to university level.
Amreen said this time the conference aimed to advance Saudi Arabia Vision 2030. “We are looking forward to exchanging ideas and thinking over the course of the KSAALT TESOL conference with a group of distinguished professionals,” she added.
She extended her gratitude to Conference Committee members Ms Fatima Azam Ali, Ms. Aiyna, Bushra Lateef and former president of the TESOL Conference Maliak Sisay for their generous efforts and support to bring the event to fruition.
