JAKARTA — Saudi Arabia ended its wait for its first gold medal at the 2018 Asian Games, by clinching top honors in equestrian's team jumping event Tuesday.
The team of Ramzi Al-Duhani, Khaled Al-Eid, Khaled Al-Mobiti and Abdullah Al-Sharbatly outsmarted equestrian contestants from 17 countries to bring laurels to the Kingdom.
The gold medal-performance of the equestrian team placed Saudi Arabia 25th in overall medal standings with one gold, two silver and one bronze. — SPA
