DUBAI —

Dubai-based Binghatti Developers has made an impact at the 2018 Cityscape Awards for Emerging Markets, the premier awards celebrating excellence in real estate development and architecture.

Binghatti Developers’ completed project, Binghatti Diamonds, was announced as the winner for the 2018 Cityscape Awards for Emerging Markets in the Affordable Housing category during the Awards Ceremony which took place last Oct. 2 at the InterContinental Dubai Festival City, Al Ras Ballroom.

Located in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Binghatti Diamonds demonstrates one of the most important innovations in affordable housing in Dubai. The fully sold out project was thoughtfully planned to enable Dubai’s middle-income population to benefit from affordable and spacious units in Dubai Silicon Oasis, one of Dubai’s most up and coming communities. The building was completed in November of 2017 and is managed and leased by Binghatti Developers.

Covering a range of categories, the 2018 Cityscape Awards for Emerging Markets offer international architects and leading real estate developers a prestigious platform to communicate a shared vision for the future and to be recognized for their contributions to the built environment.
