More than 85 young Saudis started operating advanced cleaning vehicles being used in the Mataf (circumambulating area around the Holy Kaaba), corridors and the terrace of the Grand Mosque in Makkah. They represent the first batch of Saudis who take up jobs in driving, operating and maintaining cleaning vehicles after receiving training from the Department of Cleaning and Carpeting at the Grand Mosque. The newly employed Saudis expressed their happiness over the opportunity to be part of the team to clean the holiest site in Islam. — SPA
