Al-Sharif Group enters into strategic partnership with National Power Academy

L-SHARIF Group Holding (ASG) signed a strategic partnership agreement with the National Power Academy (NPA), a public-private training academy backed by leading Saudi power sector companies including Saudi Aramco, Saudi Electricity Company and others.

Through this partnership, Al-Sharif Group Holding will train Saudi youth participating in the training program in the electric power field.

The agreement was signed by Nawaf bin Faiz Al-Sharif, CEO of Al-Sharif Group Holding and NPA Executive Director Ahmed S. Al-Essa with the attendance of Eng. Abdulkarim Al Ghamdi, chairman, board of NPA, deputy executive director Saudi Aramco Power Systems. Al-Sharif Faiz Abdulhakeem, chairman of ASG, and Ahmed Al Ghamdi, director of training and development at NPA.

Nawaf Al-Sharif said the demand for energy is increasing faster with the development of the world, and all aspects of life in society need electric power to push the present into the future. “For more than 30 years, Al-Sharif Group has committed itself to excellence in energy solutions for the private and public sectors. Our determination and discipline have helped us implementing our operations and growth in the Middle East economy we serve. Bismarck State College, USA is a nationally recognized Energy Center of Excellence by the US Department of Energy and is partnering with NPA to provide internationally accredited and specialized diploma programs in power and energy for Saudi high school graduates. — SG
